It’s one thing for the Union to always find a single sentence in the Labor Agreement that allows Management to drop the hammer on the Union member for screwing up, but it’s a totally different issue when Management engages in tactics that completely destroy the Unity the Rank and file is meant to work in!
The Destruction of this Unity takes many forms! It ranges from completely interpreting the Labor Agreement in such a way that it make absolutely no sense to pitting the Union members against each other!
To many Union Members are paying dues for Job Security they are not receiving! Together we may be able to help some of us along the way!
There are things like the Grievance Process and when that fails properly filed NLRB Charges always gets someone’s attention!
Let’s try to help each other do what’s Right!
