The name Jesus comes from the Hebrew word Yehoshua!

The Hebrew Word Yehoshua comes from several Hebrew Words.

We are going to look at our words LORD God which came from the Hebrew words YHWH ‘Elohiym! As the Messiah’s Name is based on the Hebrew word Yah it seems to me the best place to start with the Messiah’s name is with the two words that describe His Father.

As there are no Vowels in the Ancient Hebrew Language it’s my opinion we can’t fully trust the pronunciation of the word “YHWH” which was translated as LORD in the King James version. The word “’Elohiym” was translated as God. The vowels of “’ădônay ad-o-noy’ were placed between the Consonants YHWH giving us the word “Jehovah”! No Vowels in the original Texts!

The Word “Jehovah” is addressed in this Website!

Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,
